Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings page at any time. You'll keep access to your paid plan until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
What counts as an "AI prompt"?
One AI prompt is one question run across all 5 platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Grok) in a single batch. That one prompt generates 5 individual results — one per platform. Your prompt allowance is counted per prompt set, not per individual platform query.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes — you can change your plan at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the rest of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
